Chances are the settings in the program are set to delete the emails from the AOL server each time you check your mail.You set up a new folder called "saved emails" So you would not have to chase thru thousands of emails like I do looking for something very simple. One of the top reasons a user can't find their emails is due to settings from a third-party email client such as Outlook or the Mail app on your phone. After opening the email, go to the Message tab. Note: The options to retrieve an email won't be available if you open the message in the reading pane. Click the email that you want to recall and open it in a separate window. You can find the folder list in the navigation pane. You should see which retention policy is currently used for the root folder.Open MS Outlook on your system, and go to the Sent Items folder.
